Kathleen Rorick

August 7, 1963 - May 10, 2022

Kathleen (Rippert) Rorick, age 58 of Conshohocken, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. She was born on Wednesday, August 7, 1963 daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (McKay) Rippert. Kathleen was the beloved wife of the late James E. Rorick and currently the fiance of Harvey McCloskey. Kathleen was raised in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia. She graduated from John W. Hallahan Catholic Girl’s High School Class of 1981. She earned her nursing degree from Montgomery County Community College and became a Registered Nurse. She was employed by: Roxboro Memorial Hospital, Suburban Woods, Regina Nusing Center, Hartmann, and most recently Towne Manor West. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and being with family and friends at her and Harvey’s vacation home outside Sea Isle City, NJ. Above all; she loved and lived for her family, friends and patients. Kathleen is survived by: a daughter, Jessica M. Rorick; a son, James G. Rorick (Chantal); 3 brothers, Joseph (Karen), Andrew (Susan), Michael (Mia); a sister, Joanne Narewski (Steve); a grandson, James G. Rorick Jr.; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her sister, Alice Popovic, wife of Bill Popovic. Relatives and friends are invited to pay respects on Saturday morning, May 14th, from 9-10:50AM at the William A. Moore Funeral Home, 708 Fayette St., Conshohocken. A brief moment of prayer will follow at 11AM in the funeral home. Internment is private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Montgomery County SPCA, 19 E. Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
