Margaret A. Markland

January 13, 1939 - January 11, 2018

Margaret A. Markland, passed away after an illness on Thursday, January 11, 2018 just two days shy of her 79th birthday. She was born on January 13, 1939 daughter of the late Alfred J. Sr. and Margaret (Gordon) Markland of West Conshohocken. Margaret lived most of her life in West Conshohocken until moving in with her niece, Kelly Ann Wolman and her family. She worked at Minters and Johnson & Johnson in Bridgeport, and Regina Nursing Home in Norristown prior to retiring. She loved spending time with her family, taking care of her pets, and following the Phillies. Margaret is survived by: many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Grzywacz and Joan Austermehle; and her brothers, Joseph, Alfred Jr. and Gerard. Relatives and friends may pay respects on Monday morning, January 15th, from 8:30-10am at the William A. Moore Funeral Home, 708 Fayette St., Conshohocken. A funeral mass will commence at 10:30am in St. Matthew RC Church, 3rd Ave. & Fayette St., Conshohocken. Interment, Calvary Cemetery in West Conshohocken.
