Robert Joseph Karwoski

Robert (Rob) Joseph Karwoski Jr.- 63 of Norristown; unexpectedly entered eternal life on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at Einstein Montgomery Hospital. His loss was completely unexpected, and his family is profoundly saddened. Born May 23,1961 in Milmont Park; Robert was the son of the late Robert Sr. and Grace (Rodgers) Karwoski. He graduated from Ridley Park High School class of 1979. Robert received his HVAC technician certificate at North American Technician Excellence. Beloved husband of Shelly Patricia (Oreski) Karwoski, married for 34 years. Robert and Shelly met in their early adulthood and have been together ever since. Together the couple share their three children: Alexandra “Lexxie”, Katrina “Katie” and Stephen “Steve.” Robert loved his children beyond all measures and worked countlessly to provide for his family. He was a devoted parishioner of St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church; where he was an active member, 4th degree knight and officer of the Knights of Columbus; Council of Msgr. Francis Gaughan. Robert was a leader in organizing the parish's annual Fish Fry, and he devoted his time into giving back to the community. Robert was a dedicated HVAC technician employee of Lowry Services and strived to provide the best service. He was always delighted to share his work stories with others. As any true Philadelphian, Robert was a sports phantic, always rooting for the Fightin’ Phils and Eagles… GO BIRDS! He also enjoyed watching the traditional Mummer’s Parade every New Year. Robert loved his family, especially the light of his world- his grandson Nolan Chase Gibson. He also adored his grandpuppies Daisy Mae and Sadie Lynn. Robert is survived by: his wife, Shelly P. Karwoski; his three children: daughters, Alexandra E. Karwoski of Norristown and Katrina L. (Kevin) Gibson of South Carolina; a son, Stephen R. Karwoski of Norristown; his grandson, Nolan Chase Gibson; and expected grandchild, Baby Gibson in April 2025. He is also survived by his sisters, Lisa (John) Peterson, Kathleen (Tony) DiNunno, Joanne (the late John) Cardelli; and brother, William (Melissa) Karwoski; his loving nieces; nephews; and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church, 2007 New Hope Street Norristown, PA 19401 for viewing on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 from 9:00AM - 10:45 AM. Mass at 11AM. Burial immediately following at Calvary Cemetery in West Conshohocken, PA.
