Rosalie A. Yanni

Rosalie A. Yanni ( Mariani), age 77, of Conshohocken, passed away on Monday, June 17th, 2024. She was born on September 23, 1946, the daughter of the late Salvatore and Rose (DiGirolamo) Mariani. Rosalie was the beloved wife of the late David M. Yanni. She was known as Rose, Ro, Rosie, and Rosebud. Rosalie was raised in the Germantown and the West Oak Lane sections of Philadelphia. She married her true love, David, at a young age, and together they built a life that spanned several towns: Germantown, Ardsley, Jim Thorpe, Naples FL. and ultimately Conshohocken. Rosalie was a dedicated homemaker while raising her daughters. She also played an active role in the family business in the Poconos (Tudor Inn) for many years and later contributed her bookkeeping skills to various employers. Her hobbies included cooking, entertaining, ceramics, arts and crafts, playing cards and going to the casino. Often described as sweet and sassy, she was known for her generous and giving spirit, she was always willing to help and support family and friends. Above all, she cherished her time with her family. Survived by her two daughters: Lisa Chapman (William), and Paula Seaner (Joseph). She is also survived by two sisters, Frances Taylor (Ken) and Lucy Bender (William). Rosalie leaves behind six grandchildren: Alicia, Michael, Ashley, Alexis, Natalie, and Chloe, as well as seven great-grandchildren: Abby, Mia, Colton, Philip, Cooper, J.P and Kinsley. Her extended family includes many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Predeceased in death by her husband David and daughter, Gina Keeley (Peter). Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Friday morning, June 21st, from 10:00 AM to 11:20 AM at the William A. Moore Funeral Home, 708 Fayette St., Conshohocken. A Catholic Service will immediately follow at 11:30 AM in the funeral home. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Cheltenham, PA.
